Nicholas Janni is the founder of the leadership consultancy Core Presence. Over the last 12 years he has gained an international reputation for his transformational coaching and leadership development seminars. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way. The clients he has served include FedEx, Rolls Royce, Lafarge, Centrica, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Amdocs, Intel, Motorola, Microsoft and eBay, as well as the UK Permanent Secretaries and several cabinet ministers. In his first career, Nicholas was a theater director. He taught acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and directed his own theatre company. He spent 20 years researching the theory and the practice of "the zone" of peak performance, and studying multiple mind/body disciplines. In 1998 he became a visiting fellow at the Cranfield School of Management. Nicholas is currently an associate fellow at the University of Oxford Said Business School, teaches at the IMD in Switzerland and is a director of the global social impact platform, Circular Society. He works increasingly in Israel with numerous corporate clients, Israeli and Palestinian NGOs and with MBA students at the prestigious Interdisciplinary Centre, Herzliya.
